TIMERISE – WEBSITE TERMS OF US

These Website Terms of Use (“Website Terms”) apply to Timerise’s website available at https://timerise.io (“Website”).
YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE WEBSITE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE.
1. WEBSITE OPERATOR
The Website is operated by Timerise Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, Poland, at ul. Księcia Witolda 49/15, 50-202 Wrocław, e-mail: [email protected] (“Timerise”).
Timerise is responsible for the proper provision of the Website and related electronic services (“Electronic Services”).
A User is any natural person who uses the Website or its Electronic Services (“User”).
The Website, by its nature (presentation of Timerise’s business and technical offer intended for companies), is not directed to consumers as defined by Polish consumer law.
2. SCOPE AND PURPOSE
These Website Terms govern:
- (i) rules for using the Website and its Electronic Services,
- (ii) conditions for concluding and terminating agreements for the provision of Electronic Services,
- (iii) principles of complaint handling, and
- (iv) limitations of Timerise’s liability.
Use of the Website implies acceptance of these Website Terms and the Privacy Policy. Acceptance is voluntary but required to use the Website’s Electronic Services.
To use the Website, you must have:
- an Internet-connected device with an up-to-date operating system,
- a current web browser,
- a stable Internet connection, and
- an active e-mail account.
Timerise is not responsible for data transmission or telecommunication services required to access the Website.
4. ELECTRONIC SERVICES
Timerise provides the following Electronic Services via the Website:
- Meeting Reservation Form – allows the User to book a meeting or demo to present Timerise’s products and services, including the Timerise Platform and Timerise API-based booking systems.
- User Account Registration – optionally linked to Timerise’s Platform under separate Platform Terms & Conditions.
Electronic Services are provided free of charge and continuously (24/7).
The User may cancel a meeting at any time via the confirmation link or by contacting Timerise directly.
5. ELECTRONIC SERVICES AGREEMENT
An Electronic Services Agreement is concluded when the User submits the Meeting Reservation Form by pressing the “Book now” or similar button.
The User must provide the following details:
- full name,
- e-mail address,
- phone number,
- selected meeting date and time.
By submitting the form, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Website Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The Agreement is concluded for a fixed period and ends once the requested service (meeting scheduling and completion) is fulfilled.
6. SERVICES OTHER THAN ELECTRONIC SERVICES
The Website also enables the User to initiate contracts for other Timerise products and services (e.g., customized booking systems and API integrations).
These are subject to separate agreements and governed by the Timerise Platform Terms & Conditions.
7. PERSONAL DATA
Timerise is the controller of Users’ personal data collected via the Website.
Data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy, which specifies purposes, scope, and legal basis for processing.
8. USER OBLIGATIONS
The User agrees to:
- use the Website in accordance with the law, good practices, and these Terms,
- refrain from submitting false, misleading, or unlawful data,
- not interfere with the Website’s operation,
- maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials (if applicable).
Due to the public nature of the Internet, the User should take necessary security measures (e.g., antivirus software, secure passwords).
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights related to the Website, including software, layout, design, trademarks, and logos, belong to Timerise or its licensors.
No part of the Website may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without Timerise’s prior written consent.
10. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timerise shall not be liable for:
- (i) disruptions or unavailability of the Website due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure,
- (ii) actions or omissions of telecommunications operators,
- (iii) the accuracy or completeness of data provided by third parties or integrated systems,
- (iv) any damages arising from improper use of the Website or violation of these Terms by the User.
Timerise does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website or that the Website will meet the User’s specific expectations.
11. COMPLAINTS
Users may submit complaints related to Electronic Services by email at [email protected] or by mail to Timerise’s registered address.
A complaint should include:
- name and surname,
- e-mail address,
- description of the issue.
Timerise will respond to the complaint within 30 days of receipt.
12. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Timerise may modify these Website Terms for important reasons, such as:
- legal or regulatory changes,
- introduction or removal of Electronic Services,
- organizational or technical updates.
The current version will always be published on the Website and applies to agreements concluded after its publication.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Website Terms and Electronic Services Agreements are governed by Polish law.
All disputes arising from their application shall be submitted to the courts of Wrocław, Poland.
